TrackandTuner.com went inside the paddock were we saw the new BMW M6 F12 “safety car”.
With BMW as the main sponsor of the MotoGP, the BMW ///M division delivers the safety cars with this year the new BMW M6 F12 and M5 F10.
The BMW M6 F12 is equipped with carbon ceramic brakes recognizable by the gold colored brake calipers. This BMW M6 F12 has been modified since BMW works closely together with Akrapovic, Recaro and 3M.
Extra option are, a black front spoiler with LED flash lights, black grill and side grills, black mirrors, a “GTS-like” rear spoiler and an Akrapovic exhaust system with carbon fiber tips. Creating a more sporty sound out of the twin turbo V8. This is definitely needed as the new V8 isn’t that loud. The 560hp V8 can use some extra grunt.
