The BMW E46 has been plagued with an unfortunate weak point since the birth of it's chassis. The rear axle carrier panel is highly susceptible to cracking and tearing due to varying design flaws. From continuous transition between on-off throttle, the panel begins to fatigue due to a pitching movement of the rear subframe.
This kit has been designed to fit perfectly, each hole lines up with a corresponding feature, as it is supposed to, be it spot weld locations, the contour of the panel, the shape of the floor or bolt hole/mounting features etc.
Each kit is checked before it leaves our workshop to ensure this is the case. If the “other kits” on the market have holes in different locations I would question why, the spot welds/features are in fixed locations on the car’s rear axle carrier panel so why are the holes located differently? Additionally there is a specific number of holes in our kit so as not to interfere with the structural integrity of the plate and how they dissipate loading forces across their surface area, we didn’t just design a kit, we engineered it (probably over engineered it) to be the best we could make it, it took 6 months to develop and correctly test.

The rear topmounts on BMW E36 and E46 chassis’ (including M3 and E85/E86 Z4) are a known failure point, often resulting in the shock punching through the factory part. Powerflex developed this billet aluminium and polyurethane replacement, which includes a reinforcement bracket. This solves the problem while also adding support for the shock turret sheet metal. Available in either standard Powerflex material or harder ‘Black Series’ material, intended for track use.
Part number 30 on diagram. Priced per pair – one pair required per vehicle. Covered under Powerflex’s lifetime warranty. Standard BMW topmounts are 10mm, please check shock absorber size before ordering as some shock absorbers (including JRZ and Tein) use 12mm.

Original Mercedes CLK DTM (RS 00-009) - Race Car For Sale
This particular car is one of the two original cars from the team Mercedes Benz HWA of the season 2000.
It is the sister car of Bernd Schneider which was driven by Thomas Jäger.
The original car pass with all race entries from Thomas Jäger is available.
In 2000 the car was designed in the Mannesmann D2 livery (you can see the car on the left side of the attached group photo).
In 2003 the car was upgraded to the facelift Aero by HWA (we have as special confirmation from HWA for that).
In 2004 the car was used for as a taxi car for a special event at DTM in Zandvoort. The car was sponsored by the dutch company Trust and driven by Christian Albers. After that event the car was stored at HWA.
Today the car is still in the Trust livery as it was used the last time by HWA.
The car comes with its special carbon-fiber passenger seat that was produced by HWA especially for that car.
So there is still the unique chance to do taxi rides with this car.
