TrackandTuner.com visited our third Borderrun event. After Borderrun 2014 and Borderrun Beach it was time for the main event of Borderrun, the roadtrip 2015. An event which we have been looking forward to, driving some nice roads and with high standards as in the first roadtrip. In this part we take a look at the cars arriving at the first location. Many volunteers had secured a parking lot for over 100 cars. We take a quick look around some of the best cars arriving. First of all we recognized the huge Mercedes Benz G63 6x6 which had a new matching license plate. Also somee familiar cars where the very loud blue Audi RS6 fitted with a miltek race exhaust, which we saw at SSC 500 last month and the Mosselman BMW M5 e60 with a HMS valve exhaust.
The two showstoppers during this meet where the Lamborghini Aventador LP-988 by DMC. With a full dry carbon fiber bodykit, DMC wheels and wrapped in a red color this car look brutal. It might be a bit extreme in the front, but the wing, the hood and roof scoop finished the look perfectly. Another extreme car was the Liberty Walk Nissan GTR by Belgium GTR store. Belgium GTR store specializes in Nissan GTR parts and maintenance and this is there show car, exploiting what is possible. Fitted with massive concave wheels, full Liberty Walk wide body kit including the mega wing, fender flares and front splitter, new HKS turbos capable of producing 1000HP but set to 700HP and an innotech race exhaust. This car is also lowered on air suspension making it possible to drop to the ground for a stance look and lifting the entire car for the impossible Belgium speed bumps.
