Installing a KW V2 kit on a BMW M140i

TrackandTuner.com recently had a photoshoot with a great BMW M140i.

Check out the report here: https://www.trackandtuner.com/2020/02/08/wedrive-460hp-bmw-m140i/

This was already a great little car, which had been tuned to 460HP, new downpipes and some optical parts like the front and rear diffuser.

After driving and the photoshoot, the owner came to the conclusion that the car is standing too high and could benefit from a quality coilover set.

TrackandTuner.com is a authorized dealer for KW Suspension. We have run them on all our BMW M cars and only have positive ratings.

We can order and install all parts in our workshop.

Time to lower this BMW M140i on some KW V2 coilovers and make it stand like a it supposed to be.

As you can see in the before and after, the wheel gap is gone! Not only we improved the "Stance" but also the handling is more focused and dialed in.

We think it is looking awesome and the owner was very happy with the results.

If you would like to have a KW Suspension set please contact us for more info.

    Hello,

When installing KW v2 or v3 on an M140i, is it possible to adjust the rebound on the rear shocks? It looks like the piston rod would be unreachable. Is there a way around this? I am looking into v2 or v3 shocks for my M140i but would like to figure out the adjustment side of things first.

    Many thanks,
    Jeremy Townson

    Hello Jeremy,

With the clubsport version you can adjust. With the V2 you have to remove the piston rod to adjust, otherwise you can't reach it.

Please let me know if we can help you with your order. We offer the best price.
